There is no minimum order size, however orders under
$10.00 will be assessed a small order charge of $2.50
in addition to the shipping charge to help defray
overhead costs.
On orders up to $74.99 of invoice, the minimum shipping
charge is $6.50
On orders $75.00 and over, the shipping charge is 8% of
the invoice.
Most items are shipped by UPS ground.
Priority Mail may be used at our sole discrection
on small light weight packages under 2 pounds.
We do this in an attempt to keep shipping charges as
low as possible.
It is helpful if you supply us with both your
physical address as well as your mailing address if they
are different. At customer request, we can and will ship
by Priority Mail, UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air, and
UPS 3 day select service but higher shipping rates will apply.
If you have special shipping requirements or dead lines
please contact us. We will try to accommodate your
requests.
We normally ship the next business day after your
order is received. You can expect your order in
3 to 7 business days. You will be notified if we
anticipate a longer delivery time.
Shipments to any Massachusetts addresses are subject
to the 6.25% sales tax and will be added to your invoice
total.
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased,
please email us within 2 days of receipt of the
order. Orders must be returned (Shipping Prepaid) in
7 days after you receive your RTV number and are
subject to a 20% restocking charge. After that all
orders are considered FINAL.
No returns on any special or custom ordered flag,
special ordered hardware, hardware with aging fees
added to the order or metal polishes.
Any returned items must be in original packing,
contain all parts and be in perfect condition.
Sorry, we do not ship internationally, only to contenintal USA
addresses. No shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or PR.
